| Design
Our in-house design staff will work with you to determine the features of your house and create preliminary plans for your approval. |
| Signing
You sign a construction contract specifying the details of what we will build for you with all costs identified. |
| Oversight/Engineering Preparation/Permitting
As part of our services our project management staff prepares plans for review. We will prepare all construction documents required to obtain a building permit. |
| Construction
Initially a construction schedule is laid out and hold weekly progress meetings, we strive to have your home complete on schedule. During construction, there may be changes requested by you that alter some of your homes' features. These are handled through our Clarifications/Change Order process. Clarifications are just that, telling us clearly what we need to do to complete your home as it was designed. |
| Final Walk-Through
When your home is finished, we accompany you on a final walk through and itemized anything that needs to be completed on a Punch List. |
